We are sorry to say that. We do not provide pet grooming at home at weekends. We only home pet Grooming within the week days from monday to Friday & Tuesday we are compulsary Closed.
What If I Reach Salon without Appointment for my Pet Grooming?
POMPETS works on the appointment booking system via our website & 3rd party Systems. We want our pets & pet Parents to have zero to Less waiting time. Hence, we have introduced Appointmetn Booking System. On the other end if you reach out to us with unbooked apointment? you need to wait until our Booked appointments gets completed.
Before How much time Shall I Book Order to get confirmed Appointment?
In week days it is prefered to book Order Before 24 Hours of your required Grooming time & in weekends keep a time in hand of 48 hours. Avoid Booking last movement Orders in case of PAS (Pay Afeter Service) & Prepaid Orders. If the Appointments are tight & we have no times we may cancel the appointment & if prepaid The order will be cancled & Refund will be initiated within 7 working days depending on the Banking Process.
